Job Description
The Operations Business Analyst 3 role involves spearheading process improvement initiatives, collecting and analyzing data, and driving CDX improvement with BDSO. The role requires working with various departments to ensure timely and accurate forecasting of shipments.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree (or 3 years and a Master's degree, or a PhD without experience, or equivalent work experience)
- Knowledge of CRM, Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE) / Power BI
- Ability to work with various departments
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
