Sr. Lead - EH&S Engineer

Seeking a dynamic Senior EHS Professional to shape the future of safety at our rapidly evolving organization. The role involves creating the Environmental Health & Safety program foundation for a new semiconductor R&D facility.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of related experience in EHS with a Bachelor's degree; or 9 years' experience with a Master's degree
• Senior-level experience in EHS domain within manufacturing, semiconductor, R&D, industrial, or high-hazard environments
• Expertise in design safety and chemical management programs
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to motivate others, influence, and drive for results
• Strong analytical skills and experienced with stakeholder management
