The Customer Support Business Group focuses on enabling our customers with premier customer support throughout their lifecycle with Lam. The Supv 2, Field Service role directs the coordination of technical and administrative support activities including installation, repair, preventive maintenance and engineering change upgrades to be performed at client sites.
