Job Description
The Technical Program Manager, Staff role is part of the Hardware Engineering organization in Lam India, responsible for driving the execution of complex engineering programs, spanning multiple disciplines and product groups. The role requires leading cross-functional teams, applying strong program discipline, and ensuring successful delivery of product development and engineering transfer programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 12+ years of relevant experience in product development or engineering program environments
- Strong working knowledge of product development, including understanding of product architecture and system-level trade-offs
- Strong working knowledge of structured product development and release processes (PDR or equivalent)
- Proven ability to lead execution through influence in a matrix organization
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
