Processing Technician - Graveyard

The Processing Technician - Graveyard role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, including safety and quality checks, operating equipment, and engaging in scheduled activities. This position is part of Lamb Weston's team-oriented and target-driven environment.

Requirements

• Actively participates in Lamb Weston Safety and Good Manufacturing Practice programs.
• Conducts process quality checks per procedure and by request of Production Lead, Team Leader Production, Team Leader Quality, Team Leader Area Production, and Line Structure Team.
• Performs all Daily Management System standards per schedule to include CILs, FSILs, CLs, and Defect Handling.
• Operates cohesively with additional Line 1 Process Technician team members in management of the Line 1 Process area;
• Engages is scheduled AMD activities.
• Trained and qualified in L1 Processing, ADR, and Fryer positions.
• Sanitation qualification is required.
• Team member must be Lock-out/Tag-out qualified.
• Read, understand, and adhere to all plant rules and safety policies as specified in the Lamb Weston Employee Handbook.
• Practice proper body mechanics and safe lifting techniques.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently.
