Job Description
Regional Development Director will develop and implement a comprehensive major gifts strategy to grow and manage a portfolio of major donors across the Midwest region. The role will be a visible representative of Lambda Legal and will partner with the National Director of Individual Philanthropy to identify planned giving and major gifts prospects and achieve strategic revenue growth.
Requirements
- 7+ years of demonstrated success in a major gift or planned gift fundraising function, and at least 3-4 years of people management experience.
- Experience soliciting and closing six figure gifts from individual donors.
- Proven experience having expanded and cultivated existing donor relationships over time.
