Senior Counsel - Commercial

Lambda is a leader in AI cloud infrastructure serving tens of thousands of customers. As Senior Counsel - Commercial, you'll join a lean, high-impact legal team where your work will immediately shape how Lambda scales. You will partner closely with senior leaders across the company to support complex, high-value deals while helping bring additional execution capacity to a fast-moving commercial legal function.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school and membership in at least one U.S. state bar
• 10+ years of legal experience, with at least 3 years in-house (ideally in the technology, cloud infrastructure, or SaaS sector)
• Extensive experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial transactions on the buy-side and sell-side
• Growth mindset, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple concurrent projects and tasks to completion within the required time frame
• Interest in growing your impact and responsibilities over time
• Team mentality with the flexibility to address unique issues in real-time and the awareness to know when to bring in others
