We're looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel to help build and scale the legal foundation at Nectar Social as we grow. The role involves reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements, partnering with sales and revenue teams, and establishing scalable legal processes and policies.
Requirements
- Qualified attorney in California or New York (or eligible to register as in-house counsel)
- 7+ years of legal experience, including time at a leading law firm and/or relevant in-house role
- Deep experience drafting and negotiating high-volume commercial agreements, particularly in SaaS environments
- Strong familiarity with privacy, security, and regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, or similar standards
- Comfort operating in cross-functional environments and partnering closely with sales, finance, and product teams
