
Job description
The Account Manager will develop relationships with key decision makers, manage and cultivate current accounts, and facilitate growth into new targeted industries/accounts. They will be the face of Lamons to our customers with full account ownership.
Implements individual business plans, responsible for sales and business development activity, updates Salesforce, communicates product standardization/offerings, and makes sales visits.
Requires a keen ability in conflict resolution & problem-solving, excellent computer skills, and proficiency in Salesforce. Must be able to persuasively deliver sales presentations and have a minimum of 7 years of experience as an Outside Sales Representative.
