Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager leads the Human Resources function at Vermont Creamery, managing all aspects of the HR function in coordination and collaboration with Vermont Creamery managers and cross-functional partners within the Land O'Lakes Human Resources Department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5 years of human resources generalist experience
• Human Resource Management, Recruitment and Hiring, Benefits Administration, Compensation and Wage Structure, and Performance Management Experience
• Supervisory experience
• Food Manufacturing experience
• PHR or SHRM certification
