Job Description
The Store Production Team Lead serves as a senior-level Retail Associate responsible for the day-to-day activities of the production side of the Operations, including donation door and donated goods processing. This role requires a strong donor focus, donation acquisition and process, and an understanding of business demands.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of retail experience
- CPR/First Aid certification
- DSP training
- Proficiency with Google business platform and/or Microsoft Office products
