Store Supervisors serve as lead workers in the day-to-day activities of the sales floor, donation door operations, and donated goods processing. They are accountable for the store operations while acting as manager on duty.
Requirements
- Ability to successfully perform all duties of a Retail Associate
- Train, coach, and provide feedback to help staff strengthen and develop skills
- Ensure store staff follows policies and procedures
- Demonstrate leadership and positive role modeling for retail staff
- Report loss control concerns to the General Manager and/or Assistant General Manager in a timely manner
- Effectively manage time and monitor retail staff time to ensure that work is completed
- Assume responsibility and accountability for the completion of job duties and meet production goals
- Perform bank deposits and related cash-handling duties
- Fill in for store staff as needed
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Assign tasks and supervise Retail Associate and Team Lead performance while acting as manager on duty
- Perform other tasks as assigned
