Job Description
Title Examiner ensures a thorough examination of a property’s chain of title while adhering to company and underwriting guidelines, eliminating risk and preventing loss when issuing title commitments.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active Colorado Title License
- Three to five years combination of title examination and title work experience
- Solid working knowledge of Office 365 or Google Business Suite, Internet, Title Plant Software, MapDraw, and other public record search tools
- Knowledge of legal and real estate terminology, underwriting practices and related title insurance processes used in the preparation of title insurance products
