Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager will oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supervise a team of four accountants. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 8 or more years of experience in a corporate and/or public accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
• Great technical skills including Excel and experience with ERP and other financial reporting systems
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
• Great customer service and ability to collaborate effectively across teams
