The Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Analyst plays a critical role in driving operational excellence across the entire supply chain. This position is responsible for identifying performance gaps, leading improvement initiatives, and enabling dataâdriven decisionâmaking to enhance cost efficiency, quality, delivery, and sustainability.
Requirements
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across sourcing, procurement, and logistics functions.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate on the development and implementation of supplier scorecards and improvement plans.
- Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions for supply chain disruptions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and reduce lead times.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies to drive operational excellence.
- Benchmark industry best practices and recommend innovative sourcing strategies.
- Support new product development with early supplier engagement and process readiness.
- Support supplier performance monitoring and coordinate cross-functional improvement efforts to enhance quality, cost, and delivery outcomes.
- Manage CI-related supply chain projects through all phases: concept, planning, execution, and validation.
- Support strategic sourcing and value engineering initiatives to optimize total cost of ownership.
