Parts Customer Service Representative

Landscapers Supply, Inc. is seeking a Parts Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with equipment parts and/or service operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include providing clear and friendly communication to customers, procuring and receiving parts, maintaining inventory, and performing basic service tasks.

Requirements

• Experience working with equipment parts and/or service operations
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
• Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
• Basic mechanical knowledge of engines, parts, or small equipment
• Physical ability to lift 50–70 lbs and perform shop-related tasks
