Requirements
- 5 years of experience as an IT Service Manager or IT Project Manager
- Experience in different technological solutions such as CRM, Billing, Order Management, Middlewares, etc.
- Experience within APM monitoring tools (Dynatrace / AppDynamics / Datadog / NewRelic)
- Experience in identifying operational risks to service and ensuring mitigation actions
- Expertise in Java troubleshooting and Cloud environments
- Fluent in spoken and written English
