Millwright

As a Millwright at Landus, you will play a key role in supporting the maintenance team to ensure the reliable operation of equipment and facilities. This position involves travelling to multiple locations to support maintenance needs, with no overnight travel required.

Requirements

• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Comfortable working at heights and in elevated environments.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or relevant experience preferred.
• Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a mechanical or maintenance role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with commercial grain elevator and agronomy equipment.
• Ability to use an iPad/computer and navigate maintenance systems or related software.
• Understanding of the seasonality and workload demands of an agricultural cooperative.
