Millwright

Support maintenance team to ensure reliable operation of equipment and facilities. Perform maintenance tasks, assist with repairs, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.

Requirements

• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Comfortable working at heights and in elevated environments.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or relevant experience preferred.
• Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a mechanical or maintenance role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with commercial grain elevator and agronomy equipment.
• Ability to use an iPad/computer and navigate maintenance systems or related software.
• Understanding of the seasonality and workload demands of an agricultural cooperative.
