Seasonal Operations Associate

The Operations Associate will play a vital part in ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of grain, as well as supporting agronomy services. The role will involve operating equipment, maintaining facilities, assisting with inventory management, and providing excellent service to farmers and customers.

Requirements

• Ability to safely operate equipment and perform physical, hands-on work
• Willingness to travel between locations to support operations and housekeeping
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to assist with equipment and facility maintenance
• Comfort working in outdoor and seasonal conditions
• Ability to follow safety procedures and SOPs
• Strong focus on customer service and teamwork
• Willingness to obtain required training and certifications (e.g., locomotive, NH3)
• Class A CDL with applicable endorsements or ability to obtain one
