Seasonal Operations Associate

As a Seasonal Operations Associate, you will assist in all aspects of elevator operations, receive, dry, and unload grain, and provide excellent service to our farmer-owners and customers.

Requirements

• Ability to safely operate equipment and perform physical, hands-on work
• Willingness to travel between locations to support operations and housekeeping
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to assist with equipment and facility maintenance
• Comfort working in outdoor and seasonal conditions
• Ability to follow safety procedures and SOPs
• Strong focus on customer service and teamwork
• Willingness to obtain required training and certifications (e.g., locomotive, NH3)
