Job Description
The Seasonal Operations Associate will assist in all aspects of elevator operations, receive, dry, and unload grain, and maintain grain conditions. The role will also involve operating equipment, maintaining facilities, and providing excellent service to farmer-owners and customers.
Requirements
- Ability to safely operate equipment and perform physical, hands-on work
- Willingness to travel between locations to support operations and housekeeping
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to assist with equipment and facility maintenance
- Comfort working in outdoor and seasonal conditions
- Ability to follow safety procedures and SOPs
- Strong focus on customer service and teamwork
