General Maintenance Technician

We are a leading international construction and facility maintenance company looking for a General Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be proficient in various skills such as carpentry, painting, flooring, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, and have basic computer skills. They will work on commercial renovations/buildouts, follow OSHA requirements, and have excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Proficient in carpentry, painting, flooring, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
• Basic computer skills
• OSHA 10hr certification or completion within 3 months
• Ability to work overtime and/or on-call
• Willingness to travel and work overnight shifts
• 3 years of experience in construction or commercial maintenance
