Lane Valente Industries is seeking an HVAC Dispatcher to join their team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, experience in dispatching, and the ability to utilize judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or additional education
- Previous dispatching/customer service experience
- Experience utilizing judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Professional and courteous telephone manner
- Ability to handle a multiple-lined phone system and GPS system
- Patience and endurance to sit/stand behind a desk all day
