Job Description
As a trusted partner to senior leaders, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our executives are fully supported to deliver on both strategic and operational priorities. You'll manage complex schedules, coordinate key activities across the business, and act as a central point of contact, maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-suite leaders
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confidence building relationships and influencing stakeholders
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate needs
- High levels of integrity, discretion and professionalism
