Job Description
Lanes Group is seeking an HR Advisor to provide expert professional advice and support to managers and employees on all aspects of people management, ensuring a consistent and fair approach to people management. The role involves managing investigations, disciplinary, grievance and appeal matters, providing advice and guidance on individual employee relations cases, and contributing to strategies and procedures to promote the health and well-being of employees.
