Job Description

Your areas of responsibility:

• Support the management in their operational and organizational activities: e.g. processing orders, creating personnel files, creating invoices, monitoring payments, etc.
• Writing letters, emails, and protocols.
• Responsibility for internal and external communication of the entire company.
• Organization of business trips, seminars, and various events.

Requirements for the Position

• Completed vocational training is desirable but not required.
• Proper and structured working method.
• Fast learning ability, high level of discipline and self-initiative.
• Active handling of performance pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Error-free written expression in German.
