Environmental Field Technician

Langan is seeking an Environmental Field Technician to join its collaborative team in Parsippany, NJ. This individual will assist in environmental field work by collecting field data and samples, working with a diverse team of top-notch professionals, and collaborating on landmark land development projects.

Requirements

• Assist with conducting various types of environmental monitoring (water, air, asbestos, lead) using basic field instruments;
• Operate and maintain various remedial systems;
• Assemble and maintain field equipment and systems;
• Collect water samples from streams and lakes;
• Provide geotechnical oversight for construction projects and investigations;
• Provide support for survey team field efforts;
• Become certified to inspect and perform inspections of Asbestos Containing Materials remediations;
• Produce timely and detailed service reports;
• Perform other duties as requested.
