Job Description
Langan is seeking a Land Survey Technicians to join its collaborative team in Tampa, Miami, Orlando, and West Palm Beach, Florida. The individual will provide support with land development projects, collecting field data and information related to the preparation of survey maps and CAD files.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Entry to 2 years of related experience
- Experience with survey instrumentation and data collectors
- Willingness to work away from office at various project sites a majority of the time
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
- Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment
- Possess reliable transportation for job site visits and a valid driver’s license in good standing
