Senior Project Manager - Waterfront

Langan is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its collaborative Waterfront/Resiliency team in New York City. The role will involve managing clients, pursuing new project opportunities, providing staff training and project leadership, providing waterfront resiliency expertise, and overseeing waterfront-related permit applications.

Requirements

• Coordinate waterfront inspections and geotechnical investigations
• Identify and propose potential business opportunities
• Manage and coordinate design work for waterfront structures
• Oversee permit applications and technical documents
• Lead efforts to develop a resiliency practice
• Manage multiple projects and tasks within specific budgets, schedules, and deadlines
