The Senior Project Manager will manage a portfolio of design and construction projects across NYCEDC’s Cruise portfolio, developing and implementing a long-term redevelopment plan for a modernized cruise facility. The role involves managing projects throughout the full development lifecycle, including capital planning, design, and construction, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Review facility condition reports and inspection findings
- Conduct site assessments and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and scope capital needs
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including procurement of architecture, engineering, and construction teams
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects and contracts
- Monitor project performance, including schedule, scope, and budget
- Oversee project financials and funding processes
- Work in partnership with the Asset Management Portfolio Managers and Asset Management Property Operations team
- Establish and maintain record-keeping systems consistent with NYCEDC policy and need
- Create and deliver presentations, memos and other materials that effectively communicate project recommendations and/or findings
- Work with interdisciplinary teams facilitating the implementation of large-scale projects and development efforts
- Represent NYCEDC in professional and public forums as needed
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
