3+ years of experience in capital project management, design and construction management, facilities management, or a related field, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in architecture, engineering, urban planning, construction management, or a related field

JD from ABA-accredited law school, 5+ years of post-law school legal experience, and strong communication skills
Fleet Coordinator
3+ years of driving experience within the NYC metro area, High school diploma or equivalent, Experience with using Microsoft Office

Bachelor's degree, 7+ years of experience working with elected officials, public agencies, campaigns, and/or community-based organizations, and experience with NYC land use policies

Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of experience in real estate, finance, or urban planning, and New York City residence within 180 days of hire
Senior Vice President, Government & Community Relations
10+ years of experience, Bachelor's degree in a related field, demonstrated competencies in analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
