Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school and 2 years of post-law school legal experience in real estate, finance, construction, or related fields
Vice President, Economic Mobility
7+ years of experience, Master’s degree in social work, business, public policy, urban planning or related field, expertise in equitable economic development
Assistant Vice President, Real Estate Transaction Services
5+ years of experience in finance, real estate development, urban planning, public policy, or related fields; Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree in real estate development, public policy, urban planning, business, finance or law preferred
Senior Vice President, Real Estate Transaction Services
Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate, development, finance, public policy, urban planning, City or State agency, with a proven track record of advancing and closing projects in challenging environments
Lead Mechanic, Public Markets
4+ years of experience in maintenance, high school diploma, and ability to work independently
Senior Facilities and Building Engineer
5+ years of experience in facilities engineering, building operations, or infrastructure management, Bachelor's degree in Engineering, and Professional Engineer (PE) license
Senior Vice President, Government & Community Relations
10+ years of experience, Bachelor's degree in a related field, demonstrated competencies in analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
