Associate, Real Estate Transaction Services

Associate, Real Estate Transaction Services: supporting project management, financial analysis, and legal agreements for real estate transactions. Work on multiple projects, from feasibility evaluation to project closing, under senior staff direction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years of experience in a relevant field (finance, real estate development, urban planning, public policy, related City or State agency)
• Familiarity with project management duties, including project implementation from conception to completion
• Demonstrated analytical skills, including Excel proficiency with discounted cash flows, pro formas, and project economics
• New York City residence is required within 180 days of hire
