The Counsel position provides legal support and representation primarily in connection with NYCEDC’s construction and commercial property management projects under the guidance of senior attorneys and the General Counsel.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active admission and in good standing with the New York State Bar
- A minimum of two (2) years of post-law school legal experience in areas such as construction law, contracts, or related fields and interest in construction and contract law
