Job Description
At LangChain, we're looking for a People Ops & Workplace Coordinator to join our team in San Francisco or New York. This role is responsible for daily office operations, onboarding and offboarding, benefits and immigration logistics, and building systems and documentation to scale the function.
Requirements
- 2–4 years in office management, People Ops coordination, HR, or a closely related role
- Direct experience with an HRIS platform, Rippling strongly preferred
- High ownership mentality
- Strong judgment on what to handle vs. escalate
- Comfort with ambiguity and pace
- Actively curious about and building with AI tools
