LangChain is hiring a People Ops & Workplace Coordinator to run daily office operations, execute onboarding and offboarding, support benefits and immigration logistics, and build systems and documentation. The role requires 2–4 years of experience in office management, People Ops coordination, HR, or a closely related role, with direct experience with an HRIS platform, Rippling strongly preferred.
