Enterprise AI Adoption Manager - m/f/d

We are looking for an Enterprise AI Adoption Manager to guide companies through the adoption of AI technology. As part of our Customer Success organization, you will work closely with Solution Engineering and Product to deliver real value to customers and bring their voice into what we build next. You will use our own product to automate your work and drive adoption in enterprise organizations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with enterprise customers
• Hands-on experience creating agents, automating workflows, and using AI to do work
• Commercial strength and ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments
• Strategic and data-driven approach
• Fluent in German (C1+) and English
