Director - Legal, China job description: Provide legal advice for business units and management teams in Mainland China and worldwide. Act as a trusted business partner to senior management and other key stakeholders on a broad spectrum of legal topics and matters.

Requirements

• LLB or Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Qualified as a Mainland China lawyer
• 5 years or more of legal experience in leading international law firms or reputable corporations
• Demonstrates ability to guide, manage and coordinate the work of different business units
• Ability to function independently and effectively
• Ability to multi-task and successfully execute multiple projects, priorities and schedules simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical/problem solving and communication skills
• Ability to travel domestically as needed, as much as 50% of time
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin
