Job Description
The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for supervising and administering all Front Office Operations to ensure profitability, control costs and uphold quality standards to ensure total guest satisfaction. The role involves leading and motivating the guest reception team, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; college degree in hospitality field preferred
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Guest Service Agent, preferably in luxury hotel
- CPR Certification and/or First Aid Training preferred
