Application Support Analyst - PHP, MySQL

The Support Analyst / Consultant role will be office based in Sutton Coldfield, supporting customers using the company's software, in a 2nd line support role, building a strong technical awareness of the full technical skillset. The role will involve supporting distributed and web based applications written in PHP, MySQL.

Requirements

• Previous support experience of distributed or web based systems developed in PHP, MySQL
• IIS & Web knowledge
• Business Applications knowledge
