2-5 years of experience in supporting major infrastructure technology, strong background in Networking, Storage, and VMWare, good understanding of SAN technologies, and passion for technology and strong customer service ethos

2+ years of experience in supporting business applications or software, technical skills in IIS & Web, Business Applications, SQL Server, Windows Server 2008, 2012, PowerShell, mobile devices (IOS, Android, Windows phone), ability to create / query databases and write SQL statements

Background in supporting business applications or software, broad technical skillset, and strong customer service ethos

Background in supporting business applications or software, broad technical skillset, passion for technology, and strong customer service ethos

Background in supporting web applications or software, technical skillset, and customer service ethos required. Programming experience with PHP (from University or self-taught) a plus

Previous experience with PHP, MySQL, IIS, Web, Business Applications, Microsoft technologies, and Data Analysis. Good customer service skills and ability to work in a team

Linux Administration experience, MySQL admin duties, strong communication skills, problem solving ability, and understanding of Virtualisation technology
