Support Analyst - SQL

We are looking for a Support Analyst with a background in supporting business applications or software. The ideal candidate will have a broad technical skillset, a strong customer service ethos, and a passion for technology. The role will involve supporting customers using the company's software, working with emerging technologies including Cloud, and potentially leading to a position as an Implementation consultant or in development within the business.
