Support Analyst / Application Support Analyst - ( SQL)

We are looking for a Support Analyst / Application Support Analyst to join our team in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will have a broad technical skillset and be passionate about technology, with a strong customer service ethos. The role involves supporting customers using our software, working with emerging technologies including Cloud, and has opportunities for development and progression.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in supporting business applications or software
• Technical skills in IIS & Web, Business Applications, SQL Server, Windows Server 2008, 2012, PowerShell, mobile devices (IOS, Android, Windows phone)
• Ability to create / query databases and write SQL statements
