2ndLine Infrastructure Engineer / Analyst

We are looking for a 2nd Line Infrastructure Engineer / Analyst to join our team in Manchester. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supporting major infrastructure technology, including Networking, Storage, and VMWare. They will be passionate about technology and have a strong customer service ethos. The role will involve working with a broad set of technologies, including Cloud, and will provide opportunities for internal training and development.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in supporting major infrastructure technology
• Strong background in Networking, Storage, and VMWare
• Good understanding of SAN technologies, NetApp experience a plus
• Passion for technology and strong customer service ethos
• Ability to work with Cloud technology
• Good level of understanding of Network Security Technologies, Proxy/ Content Filtering / IPS/ IDS
• Knowledge of Backup software, Veeam a plus
