Infrastructure Engineer / Analyst

Infrastructure Engineer / Analyst role is a 2nd / 3rd Line support position, requiring strong technical skills in Networking, Storage, and VMWare. The role involves working with emerging technologies, including Cloud, and providing high-level technical expertise to the business. The position offers training and development opportunities and a chance to work with a diverse set of technologies.

Requirements

• Strong technical skills in Networking, Storage, and VMWare
• Good understanding of SAN technologies, preferably NetApp
• Experience with backup software, such as Veeam
• Knowledge of Network Security Technologies (Proxy/ Content Filtering / IPS/ IDS)
• Good level of understanding of VMWare and Hyper-V
• Strong customer service ethos and passion for resolving queries
