Requirements
- Background in supporting business or technical applications
- Broad technical skillset
- Strong background in Networking (network routing, switching, Firewalls), VMWare, and SAN technologies
- Passionate about technology with a strong customer service ethos
- Strong technical skills in LAN/WAN, AD, DNS, DHCP, QoS, VPNs, Network Security Technologies, VMWare, SAN, Windows Server 2008, 2012, Protocol Analysis, Networking, Hardware support and configuration
