Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to drive measurable improvements in win rate, ramp time, and expansion revenue by equipping our sellers with the right sales methodology, coaching, AI tools, and certification frameworks.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a quota-carrying Enterprise SaaS sales role (deal closing, technical solution selling)
- 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Sales Training
- Proven experience implementing and coaching on sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, SPICED, SPIN, Challenger, Command of the Message
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Sales Engagement Platforms (Outreach/Salesloft), Conversation Intelligence (Gong/Chorus), and Sales Enablement platforms (Highspot, Showpad, Seismic, Mindtickle)
- Demonstrated experience integrating AI into sales enablement, including AI-powered coaching, prompt engineering, and workflow automation
