We're building a talent function to help customer-facing teams understand every customer and act on that insight at scale. The Talent Lead will own the end-to-end hiring process, building pipelines for technical and non-technical roles, and ensuring a high-touch candidate experience.
Build and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline, streamline and evolve the hiring process, partner with founders and hiring managers, and drive a consistent candidate experience.
You'll thrive in this role if you have 3+ years of recruiting experience, have owned hiring end-to-end at a fast-moving company, and are a strong judge of talent.
