
Job description
Lead talent acquisition strategies, collaborate with senior leadership, implement data-driven approaches, and drive diversity and inclusion initiatives. Oversee onboarding and manage a team.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies, improve recruitment processes, build relationships with external partners, establish metrics, and report on progress.
5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources, preferably in a startup environment, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
