Job Description

Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)
- CPR certification
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar medical setting
- Ability to build rapport with residents through a compassionate and caring demeanor
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and intervention implementation
